Preparing a drop-off order
Empty pockets, check care labels, and separate damaged, delicate, or unusual items for discussion. A rough bag count helps with the request, but the accepted laundry weight determines the standard charge.
At drop-off, share useful preferences and ask when the order is expected to be ready. Same-day service is confirmed only when capacity allows.
